Change your order:
After placing your order it is no longer possible to change it in our system. If you feel you must make changes then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Change shipping address:
You can change the shipping address by sending an email to email@example.com. Mention your order number, the address you want to change and the new address.
Cancel your order:
After payment of the order it is not possible to cancel the order yourselves. If you feel the order needs to be cancelled, regardless the reason, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to see how we can work it out.
Studio Stationery ships worldwide. If you experience any issues choosing your country or method of shipping, contact us at email@example.com.
Follow your order:
If a shipping method is chosen that supports track&trace you can follow your order via this code. You will receive an email with the necessary information and a link where you can follow the package.
Studio Stationery offers the following payment options.
– Mister Cash
– Pre transfer
Shipping costs are based upon the fee of (international) carriers. You will find the fee for your country during the checkout process. If your country is not listed, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders on Monday to Friday, placed and paid before 12:00 will be shipped the same day. Depending on which country you live, it can take a few days for your package to be delivered.
